Future Seekers presents our Operation DFC (Drug-Free Communities) program, which was established to address the impact of alcohol and tobacco use among youth and young adults in the Metro Atlanta area. Operation DFC is a collaborative effort, working to prevent “first-time teen use” and reduce substance abuse among youth and young adults. Operation DFC is dedicated to promoting healthy living and enhancing the quality of life for our community.
The youth in our communities of South Fulton County, Georgia struggle with the influence of substance abuse. This can negatively impact the ability of teens to reach goals, secure employment, and/or receive a quality education. Operation DFC distributes and hosts information sessions providing facts about premature alcohol and tobacco use and the effect on your life. We are committed to educating the community about how to live long and healthy lives.
Operation DFC is committed to spreading knowledge about the facts and effects of premature alcohol and tobacco use, abuse, and its long-term effects.
We consistently collect data to measure our impact on the community through online and paper assessments, surveys, and questionnaires.
FSI Operation DFC is currently looking for volunteers, sponsors, partners, and participants to take the pledge and help spread awareness in the community.
